What All-on-X Actually Is
If you’re wearing a denture that slips, or you’re down to a handful of failing teeth on an arch, All-on-X replaces the whole arch with one fixed bridge of teeth. Instead of one implant per tooth, we anchor the full arch to four to six implants, with the back implants placed at an angle to reach solid bone.
That angled placement is what makes full-arch implants possible for patients who assumed they’d lost too much bone to qualify. The result is a set of teeth you don’t take out at night or reline, closer to your natural bite than a removable denture, though results vary by case.

There’s no flat price for All-on-4 or full-arch implants, because there’s no flat case. The number of implants, whether you need extractions or a graft first, and your final restoration all change the number. We’ll go over real costs with you after your exam and 3D scan, not before.
